* IMPACTS...
Between 12 and 14 feet, Flooding begins along portions of Route 3 and Route 12 downstream from Alderson near Eagle Branch, making the roads impassible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 9:45 AM EST Saturday the stage was 13.8 feet.
- Bankfull stage is 14.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this morning to a crest of 14.4 feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage late this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
