Flooding of rivers, larger creeks and streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 410 PM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain fell earlier today. This has caused larger creeks and streams and rivers to rapidly rise. Some larger creeks and streams will continue to rise late this afternoon.
