Mixed precipitation. Additional snow accumulations of 1 to 3 inches and ice accumulations around a light glaze.

* WHERE...
Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
Until noon EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
