Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Gusty winds will result in some blowing and drifting of snowfall, particularly across the higher ridgetops, where wind chills near or slightly below zero are also possible.
