* Until 500 PM EDT.

* At 307 PM EDT, the public reported street flooding in Downtown Farmville due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is already occurring. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in the past hour.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Farmville, Longwood University, Hampden Sydney, Rice, Reeds, Raines Tavern, Stoddert and Tuggle.
Additional rainfall amounts of 0.5 to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
