Portions of northeast Kentucky, including the following counties, Boyd, Carter, Greenup and Lawrence KY, southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Lawrence OH, southwest Virginia, including the following county, Buchanan, and West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Braxton, Cabell, Calhoun, Clay, Gilmer, Jackson WV, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Mason, McDowell, Mingo, Northwest Fayette, Northwest Raleigh, Putnam, Roane, Wayne and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 8 PM EST this evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Flooding is already occurring at numerous locations with Flood Warnings in effect. 1 to 2.5 inches of rainfall can be expected, with higher amounts possible.
