* Until 315 PM EDT.

* At 220 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated a persistent band of very heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen in less than an hour with an additional quick 1/2 to 3/4 inch possible. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
