The Flood Advisory will expire at 1015 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Virginia, including the following area, Giles and southeast West Virginia, including the following areas, Mercer and Monroe.
The heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
