Northwest Randolph, Southeast Pocahontas, Southeast Webster, Southeast Fayette, Southeast Nicholas, and Southeast Raleigh Counties.

* WHEN...
From 10 PM this evening to 10 AM EST Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...
Dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes. Prolonged exposure to very cold temperatures and wind chill values can lead to hypothermia.
