Light snow expected. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch. A light glaze of freezing rain possible towards the US-64 corridor.

Northwest Piedmont into a portion of the northern Piedmont.

* WHEN...
Until 1 PM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Greatest impacts for hazardous travel will continue until around 7 PM.
