Flood Warning issued June 11 at 9:15PM EDT until June 11 at 11:30PM EDT by NWS Blacksburg VA
At 915 PM EDT, local law enforcement reported an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Multiple roads are closed in Lynchburg City. Apartments in the Sandusky Drive area of Lynchburg are being evacuated due to rising flood waters from Blackwater Creek. Between 2.5 and 4.5 inches of rain have fallen.

Lynchburg, Amherst, Forest, Big Island, Rustburg, Concord and Boonsboro.
