A portion of northern West Virginia, including the following areas, Eastern Preston, Eastern Tucker, Preston and Western Tucker. * WHEN... Through late tonight. * IMPACTS... Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Thunderstorms near a slow-moving front may contain rainfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour. East-to-west training thunderstorms may produce up to a total of 3 inches of rain on a localized basis.
