Portions of central and south central Virginia, including the following counties, in central Virginia, Campbell. In south central Virginia, Charlotte and Halifax.

* WHEN...
Until 315 AM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
Water over roadways.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 124 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Beaverpond Branch, Black Walnut Creek, Buckskin Creek, Catawba Creek, Bear Creek, Armistead Branch, Buck Branch, Childrey Creek, Butterwood Creek, Austin Creek and Difficult Creek.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
