Through Saturday morning.

* IMPACTS...
Heavy rainfall on top of snow cover and saturated grounds from melted snow will lead to rapid runoff into the creeks, streams and rivers. Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
