Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Widespread moderate to heavy rain will continue to spread across the area and result in 1 to 3 inches of rain with locally higher amounts in excess of 4 inches possible.
