Heavy mixed precipitation expected. Total snow and sleet accumulations between 9 and 16 inches. Ice accumulations of a light glaze, except in Preston and Tucker Counties, where ice could accumulate up to two tenths of an inch.

Portions of northwest, southwest, and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

* WHEN...
From 7 PM Saturday to noon EST Monday.

Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday morning commute.
