The high elevations of Graham, Haywood, Madison, Mitchell, Northern Jackson, Swain, and Yancey Counties.

From 5 PM Sunday to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.
