The Flood Warning will expire at 5 AM EDT early this morning for a portion of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia and Jackson.
The heavy rain has ended and flood waters have receded. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a threat. Please continue to heed any remaining road closures.
