* WHAT...
Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...
For the Meadow River in the far western part of Greenbrier County from Rupert to McRoss.

* WHEN...
Until 800 PM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of the Meadow River along Highway 60. Water may affect some homes along the right bank of the river from Rupert to McRoss. The river level is expected to crest between 15 and 16 feet at Hines. If the river level were to reach 16 feet, route 60 would need to be closed near Charmco.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1217 PM EST, rain and snowmelt is causing flooding.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional significant rainfall is expected. Temperatures will drop this afternoon with any lingering rain changing to snow.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rainelle, Rupert, McRoss and Meadow Bluff.
- Flood stage at Hines is 14.0 feet.
