In Virginia, Eastern Highland County. In West Virginia, Eastern Pendleton County.

* WHEN...
For the Wind Advisory, until 10 PM EST this evening. For the Extreme Cold Warning, until 10 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The cold wind chills as low as 20 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken. Frostbite and hypothermia will occur if unprotected skin is exposed to these temperatures.
