Harrison County in northern West Virginia... Northern Lewis County in northern West Virginia... Southwestern Taylor County in northern West Virginia... * WHEN... Until 615 PM EDT Sunday. * IMPACTS... Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1107 AM EDT, Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain has previously fallen due to thunderstorms. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Clarksburg, Philippi, Audra State Park, Bridgeport, Stonewood, Nutter Fort, Salem, Anmoore, Jackson Mill, West Milford, Lost Creek, Jane Lew, Flemington, Despard, Century, Hodgesville, Rosemont, Wolf Summit, Volga and Galloway. - This includes the following highways...
