Portions of north central North Carolina, including the following counties, Caswell and Rockingham and south central Virginia, including the following counties and independent city, Charlotte, City of Danville, Halifax and Pittsylvania.

* WHEN...
Until 1100 AM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1032 AM EST, Doppler radar indicates the rain should come to an end by 11:00 AM. Minor flooding is possible in the advisory area.
- No additional heavy rainfall is expected after 11:00 AM. The advisory will be allowed to expire.
- Some locations that may still experience flooding prior to 11:00 AM include...
South Boston and Halifax.
