Canceled 1/1/26 3:00 AM Snow Squall Warning issued January 1 at 2:47AM EST until January 1 at 3:00AM EST by NWS Pittsburgh PA At 247 AM EST, a dangerous snow squall was located along a line from 10 miles south of Farmington to 14 miles southwest of Pine Grove, or along a line from 15 miles north of Terra Alta to 19 miles south of New Martinsville, moving southeast at 30 mph. HAZARD...Intense bursts of heavy snow and gusty winds leading to blowing snow and rapidly falling visibility to less than one-quarter mile. Wind gusts greater than 35 mph. SOURCE...Doppler radar and webcams. IMPACT...Travel will become difficult and potentially dangerous within minutes. Locations impacted include... Morgantown, Fairmont, Westover, Mannington, Star City, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Granville, Fairview, Brookhaven, Rivesville, Grant Town, Farmington, Worthington, Baxter, Crown, Everettville and Georgetown.
