For the High Wind Warning, northwest winds 30 to 40 mph with gusts of 55 to 60 mph, and up to 75 mph on the highest ridges. For the Cold Weather Advisory, very cold wind chills of 5 below to 14 below.

For the High Wind Warning, until 7 PM EST this evening. For the Cold Weather Advisory, until 7 AM EST Sunday.

* IMPACTS...
Damaging winds will blow down trees and power lines.
Widespread power outages are possible. Travel will be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. The dangerously cold wind chills as low as 14 below zero could result in hypothermia or frostbite if precautions are not taken.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
Expect difficult travel on snow covered roads. The strong winds will result in areas of blowing snow that will sharply reduce the visibility.
