Therefore, the warning will be allowed to expire. To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement agency. They will send your report to the National Weather Service office.
A Tornado Watch remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for portions of east central Ohio, southwest Pennsylvania, and the northern panhandle of West Virginia.
