Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Cabell.

Until 400 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of creeks and streams is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 946 PM EST, gauge reports on Symmes Creek at Aid indicated a stage of 20.2 feet. Flood stage is 19 feet. At 21 feet, low sections of Symmes Creek Road flood.
- Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Ceredo, Gallia, South Point, Russell, Vernon, Waterloo, Worthington, Burlington and Wurtland.
