At 930 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a thunderstorm with torrential rainfall 10 miles west of Lincolnton, or 6 miles northeast of Belwood, moving north at 10 mph.
Locations to be impacted include...
Belwood, Mountain View, Maiden, Icard, Startown, Cooksville, Propst, and Vale.
Torrential rainfall rates up to 3 inches per hour will be possible in these areas.
