Snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches have been reported across much of the area this morning. Periods of snow will continue today and increase in coverage again tonight. Additional snow accumulations up to 1/2 inch today and up to 1 inch tonight.

* WHERE...
A portion of east Tennessee.

* WHEN...
Until 7 AM EST Thursday.

* IMPACTS...
Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday evening and Thursday morning commutes.
