In eastern Ohio: Belmont, Guernsey, Monroe, Muskingum and Noble Counties In southwest Pennsylvania: Greene County and in West Virginia: Marion, Marshall, Monongalia and Wetzel Counties.

From 8 PM EDT this evening through Saturday evening.

* IMPACTS...
Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- An axis of showers and storms that could produce heavy rain is expected to develop this evening. Some uncertainty remains in where this axis could develop, but forecast trends suggest this axis could develop into parts of northern West Virginia and eastern Ohio.
