Portions of east Tennessee, including the following counties, Claiborne and Grainger and southwest Virginia, including the following county, Lee.

* WHEN...
Until 830 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 525 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
New Tazewell, Tazewell, Harrogate, Powell River Preserve, Lone Mountain, Arthur, Sandlick, Cumberland Gap and Ewing.
