The Flood Warning will expire at 8 AM EDT this morning for portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Athens, Gallia and Meigs and West Virginia, including the following counties, Mason and Wood.
Flood waters are receding and the heavy rain has ended. Flooding is no longer expected to pose a significant threat. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
