Portions of southwest and western Pennsylvania and northern West Virginia.

From 1 PM Monday to 1 PM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Travel could be very difficult. The hazardous conditions will impact the Monday evening and Tuesday morning commutes. Strong winds could cause extensive damage to trees and power lines.
