* At 243 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Chilhowie, moving southeast at 15 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

* This severe thunderstorm will remain over mainly rural areas of east central Washington County.
This includes Interstate 81 in Virginia between mile markers 32 and 34.
