Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

- At 1212 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated that the heavy rain that prompted the advisory has exited the region. However, runoff of the earlier rain water still may be collecting in low lying locations. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.

Carter Mill Creek, Creasey Mill Creek, Cheese Creek, Back Creek, Buffalo Creek, Buffalo Branch, Flat Creek and Big Otter River.
