A portion of west central Virginia, including the following county and independent cities, City of Roanoke, City of Salem and Roanoke.

* WHEN...
Until 730 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...
Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas is still possible.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 655 PM EDT, There have been some significant rises on area streams, but no reports of flooding. Minor flooding is still possible, but the rain has ended. If no additional rain occurs, the advisory will be allowed to expire at 7:30 PM.
- Flooding impacts may continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
