Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southwest Virginia, including the following counties, Buchanan and Dickenson and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, Boone, Logan, McDowell, Mingo and Wyoming.

* WHEN...
Until 230 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 150 PM EST, gauge reports indicated an area of very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
