Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following county, Washington and West Virginia, including the following counties, Pleasants, Ritchie, Roane, Wirt and Wood.

* IMPACTS...
Streams continue to rise due to excess runoff from earlier rainfall.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 818 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing in the warned area. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen.
- Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Parkersburg, Marietta, Belpre, Harrisville, Elizabeth, Vienna, Williamstown, Mineralwells, North Bend State Park, Boaz, North Hills, Cairo, Reedy, Freeport, Walker, Greencastle, Petroleum, Nutter Farm, Palestine and Cherry.
