At 1046 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicate that between 1 and 3 inches of rain has fallen this evening. While the heavy rain has ended, light rain will continue for the next hour or so. Minor flooding of low-lying and poor drainage areas is possible.

Oxford, Roxboro, Creedmoor, Butner, Rougemont, Stem, Berea, and Surl.
This includes the following streams and drainages...
Camp Creek, Dial Creek, Dickens Creek, Rocky Creek, Jackson Creek, Ledge Creek, Cub Creek and Rock Ford Branch.
