Avery, Buncombe, Burke Mountains, McDowell Mountains, Mitchell, Rutherford Mountains, and Yancey Counties.

* WHEN...
From 2 AM to noon EDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Winds of this magnitude may cause more trees to fall than normal due to weakened or compromised slopes resulting from recent rainfall.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
