Flood Warning issued February 17 at 11:41AM EST until February 17 at 11:45AM EST by NWS Charleston WV
The Flood Warning will expire at 1145 AM EST this morning for portions of southern and western West Virginia, including the following counties, in southern West Virginia, Lincoln. In western West Virginia, Cabell and Wayne.
People should continue to be alert for lingering high water today, especially in low-lying areas and along the Mud River and Twelvepole Creek. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
