West winds 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph. Isolated wind gusts in excess of 60 mph are possible over the Catoctin and Blue Ridge Mountains.

Portions of north-central Maryland, northwest and western Virginia, and eastern West Virginia.

Until 1 AM EST Tuesday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
