The Flood Warning will expire at 9 PM EDT this evening for portions of southwest Virginia and southern West Virginia, including the following counties, in southwest Virginia, Buchanan. In southern West Virginia, McDowell.
Flood waters are receding. Motorists should continue to exercise extreme caution and be prepared for water or debris remaining on roadways. Please continue to heed remaining road closures.
