An area of low pressure over the central U.S. will move east into the lower Ohio Valley tonight, then across the central Mid- Atlantic Friday. This system will bring a period of snow, with the heaviest accumulations west of I-81.

Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 1 and 3 inches.

* WHERE...
A portion of southwest Virginia mainly along and west of the I-81 corridor.

* WHEN...
From midnight tonight to 4 PM EST Friday.

* IMPACTS...
Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions could impact the Friday morning commute.
