Small stream flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...
Portions of southeast Ohio, including the following counties, Gallia, Jackson and Lawrence and western West Virginia, including the following county, Cabell.

* WHEN...
Until 600 PM EST.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 521 PM EST, the Symmes Creek gauge at Aid indicated a stage of 19.8 feet and the creek continues to slowly rise.
Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding.
- Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Huntington, Ashland, Ironton, Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Coal Grove, Oak Hill, Rio Grande, Chesapeake, Proctorville, Lake Vesuvius, Ceredo, Gallia, South Point, Russell, Vernon, Waterloo, Worthington, Burlington and Wurtland.
