For the Wind Advisory, until midnight EST tonight. For the Cold Weather Advisory, from 5 PM this afternoon to 9 AM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. The dangerously cold wind chills could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30 minutes.
