Central Marion County in northern West Virginia... * Until 630 PM EDT. * At 322 PM EDT, Radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. This area recently received heavy rainfall last evening. Between 0.25 and 0.50 inches of rain have fallen. * Some locations that will experience flooding include... Fairmont, Mannington, Pleasant Valley, Winfield, Barrackville, Monongah, Rivesville, Grant Town, Farmington, Worthington, Idamay, Bentons Ferry, Carolina, White Hall, Baxter, Colfax, Rachel and Grangeville. Additional rainfall amounts of 1.0 to 2.0 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. |
