* IMPACTS...
Heavy rain has ended across the area. However, runoff from the previous heavy rainfall, will result in continued flooding of mainly larger creeks and some rivers in the warned area.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 649 PM EDT, and area rain gauges indicated between 2 and 3 inches of rain have fallen since this morning. People should remain vigilant tonight for lingering flooding of roads and low-lying locations as there are several road closures reported within the warned area.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Point Pleasant, Gallipolis, Pomeroy, Rio Grande, Middleport, Chester, Syracuse, Cheshire, Adamsville and Dexter.
