Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.

- Periods of moderate to heavy rain are expected this morning associated with slow moving showers and thunderstorms. Rain rates of up to 3 inches in an hour are possible.
