At 411 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Mineralwells, or 7 miles southeast of Parkersburg, moving southeast at 25 mph.
HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible.
Locations impacted include...
Parkersburg, Elizabeth, Mineralwells, Freeport, Walker, Davisville, and Greencastle.
This includes Interstate 77 in West Virginia between mile markers 166 and 172.
