Flooding caused by rain and snowmelt is expected.

* WHERE...
A portion of southeast West Virginia, including the following county, Greenbrier.

* WHEN...
Until 800 PM EST Monday.

* IMPACTS...
Flooding of the Meadow River along Highway 60. Water may affect some homes along the right bank of the river from Rupert to McRoss. The river level crested just above 16 feet at Hines late Sunday evening. At this level, route 60 would be flooded near Charmco. The river should fall below flood stage of 14.0 feet by this afternoon.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 1157 AM EST, Gauge reports indicated heavy rain and snowmelt due to Meadow River flooding near Hines. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
- This includes the following streams and drainages...
Little Creek, Little Sewell Creek, Big Clear Creek, Eagle Branch, Mill Creek, Little Clear Creek, Burdette Creek, Meadow River, Beaver Creek, Boggs Creek and Methodist Branch.
Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected.
- Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Rainelle, Rupert, Bingham and Meadow Bluff.
